School Player Camps
Our School Camps are a great way for member organizations to connect with local Schools and promote soccer or futsal in the community.
Overview
- SSA School Camps are designed to run during normal school hours and delivered in place of the regular scheduled Phys-ed classes for that day.
- Certified Camp leaders will deliver fun age-appropriate activities and games that will introduce basic soccer skills to the students
- All session plans will be available for the school / teachers to keep as additional recourses to use when teaching soccer in the schools.
- Students will leave with information to take home on how to register for their local soccer program in their area.
Objectives
- Provide an opportunity for students to try soccer and connect them with their local club / MO
- Open opportunity for local Club / MO to promote programs and increase player registrations
- Support Teachers in sharing activity ideas to promote the game of soccer in the school
- Introduce Futsal in the schools and promote how the game could become part of the School Sport system
Cost
- Camp fee $250.00 for the full day + M/A/T if required.
