Annual General Meeting

 

Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to host the 2024 Annual General Meeting in Regina!

 

 

 

 

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• RAMP Interactive Come & Go Social with SSA Board of Directors & Candidates Meet & Greet. Held at the SSA Offices at Mosaic Stadium. 

(All events except for Walking Soccer held at Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive)

 

9:00 - 10:00 AM

• Annual General Meeting Registration

10:00 - 11:00 AM

• Business of Annual General Meeting

11:15 Am - 12:00 PM

• Satori Presentation on Survey Data

12:00 - 12:45 PM

• Lunch

1:00 - 2:30 PM

• RAMP Interactive Presentation on Safe Sport Reporting Capabilities

3:00 - 4:00 PM

• Walking Soccer Event at the AffinityPlex Indoor Soccer Centre (bring running shoes)

6:00 - 10:00 PM

• SSA Recognition & Awards Celebration

 

Each Member must renew in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM. Members will be rewarded through MAP Grant Funding for (jointly) renewing their membership on time and being in attendance at the SSA Annual General Meeting.

Registration Form - In order to attend, delegates and participants must register! Please fill out the online form by March 11, 2024. 

Voting Declaration Form - In order to vote, Member Organizations must fill out and return the form to ea@sasksoccer.com by March 15th at NOON.
