The SSA strives to be a paperless organization. Printed copies of the AGM Working papers will only be provided for those Member Organizations who indicated they wished to have a printed package in their registration. These packages will be available at the Registration table prior to the Annual General Meeting.
There are important details below including various deadlines that require your response to ensure the requirements of the AGM are met. Please read through completely and respond prior to all deadlines.
Member Organization Requirements & AGM Information
Membership Renewal
Each Member must renew in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM. The Strategic Plan emphasizes reward-based member recognition; Members will be rewarded through MAP Grant Funding for (jointly) renewing their membership on time and being in attendance at the SSA Annual General Meeting.
How to renew: Please complete the Membership Renewal form and submit the annual fee by no later than NOON, March 15. All outstanding debts must also be paid at that time.
2. Login and select Executive Registration. During this process it will ask if you are a Primary or Secondary contact.
3. Submit payment online or via cheque.

COVID-19 Considerations
Please be advised:
SSA COVID policies have been removed effective, 1:00 pm March 3, 2022
Proof of COVID vaccination or negative test result will no longer be required to participate in the AGM weekend.
Participants are encouraged to follow all recommendations from the Government of Saskatchewan regarding self-testing and self-management and to self-isolate following a positive test result.
The SSA remains committed to mask-friendly environments. Attendees are welcome to mask as they feel it is necessary, based on their own personal risk assessment. We ask that everyone continue to respect the personal choices of others in attendance.

Expression of Interest for SSA Board of Directors - Standing Committees
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Board appointed committees. The Board's primary role is to govern, provide leadership and direction for the Association in pursuit of the Mission. The role of each committee is to provide advice to the Board to improve its effectiveness to manage the affairs of the Association. Volunteers on Board appointed committees provide external expertise to support the Board to achieve the strategic goals of the Association. Further details are available by emailing

Expression of Interest to serve on SSA Judicial Bodies for Formal Complaints, Discipline and Appeals
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Judicial Bodies for Formal Complaints, Discipline and Appeals as Case Managers, panel members or adjudicators. Individuals with a legal background or experience in managing judicial processes are invited to let their name stand for appointment. Further details are available by emailing

Note: As per SSA Bylaws, SSA volunteers must meet conflict of interest guidelines.

Celebrate with us! We invite you to join us for the SSA Recognition Awards Celebration on the evening of

This opportunity brings the members of the Saskatchewan soccer community together to recognize participation and excellence in 2021, and highlight the significant contributions of our Volunteers, Coaches, and Referees!

-We encourage everyone to be fully vaccinated and get a booster shot as soon as you are eligible.
-Use rapid tests to keep yourself and others safe.
-Wash your hands frequently.
-Practice other good hygiene habits: do not touch your face/eyes/mouth with your hands and cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough (ideally with a disposable tissue or the crease of your elbow).
-Clean and disinfect frequently touched workspace surfaces.
-Stay home if you are sick.
