Member Organization Requirements & AGM Renewal
Membership Renewal
Each Member must renew in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM. The Strategic Plan emphasizes reward based member recognition; Members will be rewarded through MAP Grant for (jointly) renewing membership by March 15th and being in attendance at the SSA Annual General Meeting.
How to renew: Please complete the Membership Renewal form and submit the annual fee by no later than NOON, March 15. All outstanding debts must be paid at that time.
1. Visit SSA Registration.
2. Login and select Executive Registration During this process it will ask if you are a Primary or Secondary contact.
3. Submit payment online or via cheque.
Amendments to Bylaws
We encourage you to review the Bylaw Amendments that will be presented for membership consideration at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board Directors and Director Candidates will be available at the Friday Social for a meet and greet. Director Candidate biographies will be posted on the SSA Webpage and included in the formal AGM Package.
Formal AGM Package
SSA continues to operate paperless. The formal AGM package, including final Agenda, Annual Report, Voting Details, Board Candidate Biographies, Audit, and other key materials will be electronically distributed by March 4, 2022.

Registration form - In order to attend, delegates and participants must register! Please fill out the online form by March 11th, 2022.
COVID-19 Considerations
COVID policies are currently under consideration. Any guidelines provided by the SSA Board of Directors, or the hotel will be shared prior to the event with all attendees.

The Saskatoon Inn is hosting a block of rooms for participants of this event. For access to the rate provided, please call the Saskatoon Inn at 1-306-242-1440.
Expressions of Interest
Expression of Interest for SSA Board of Directors - Standing Committees
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Board appointed committees. The Board's primary role is to govern, provide leadership and direction for the Association in pursuit of the Mission. The role of each committee is to provide advice to the Board to improve its effectiveness to manage the affairs of the Association. Volunteers on Board appointed committees provide external expertise to support the Board to achieve the strategic goals of the Association. Further details are available from ea@sasksoccer.com. Please share the Expression of Interest with all participants in your organization. Apply by NOON, March 15, 2022.
Expression of Interest to serve on SSA Judicial Bodies for Formal Complaints, Discipline and Appeals.
Saskatchewan Soccer Association is pleased to request an expression of interest from individuals interested in serving on SSA Judicial Bodies for Formal Complaints, Discipline and Appeals as Case Managers, panel members or adjudicators. Individuals with a legal background or experience in managing judicial processes are invited to let their name stand for appointment. Further details are available by emailing ea@sasksoccer.com. Please share the Expression of Interest within your organization. Apply by March 15, 2022.
Note: As per SSA Bylaws, SSA volunteers must meet conflict of interest guidelines.

This opportunity brings the members of the Saskatchewan soccer community together to recognize participation and excellence in 2021, and highlight the significant contributions of our Volunteers, Coaches, and Referees!
