The Technical Leadership and Management Diploma is a unique collaboration between Saskatchewan Soccer and the Edwards School of Business. This two-day program is designed to have an immediate impact on your leadership skills, equipping you with the tools to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose. By the end of this course, you will walk away as a stronger, more effective leader ready to elevate your organization, your team, and yourself.
Facilitator Profile:
Rick Reid, PME, BComm, CPHR
Rick Reid is an accomplished human resources professional with more than twenty years of experience across the public and private sectors. As a Corporate Learning Consultant, program facilitator, and coach with Executive Education at the Edwards School of Business, Rick has worked with leaders from diverse industries including education, health care, government, and energy.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Edwards, a Professional Master of Education from Queen’s University, a CPHR designation, and is a Certified Leadership Coach. Rick specializes in employee and labour relations, conflict management, leadership development, and organizational change. His approach emphasizes practical tools and meaningful engagement that help leaders and teams achieve both personal and organizational growth.
