Satori Survey Strategy - Member Engagement

Coming up in July, surveys pertaining to Individual Participant will be distributed out via email. Once again, these will be distributed by Satori Soccer to every participant in the SSA community who participated in the Outdoor 2024 season. 

How can you help increase membership responses? Here are some tips! 

 Prior to June 24th send out or post on your social media:

Pre Survey - Member Communication - this should be sent from the club contact

After surveys have been sent out (after July 24th)

From Coach/Manager - Member Communication - request that team contacts, coaches, or managers reach out to their team with message.

The survey conducted will be based on the participants' experience with the club in delivering an enjoyable and valued experience. After the survey is completed, each Member Organization will receive a chance to access this information, along with a 1 on 1 assessment of the data with Satori to assist with future planning and club development.
